Thanks for finding our website and we are so glad that you have decided to use our services. If this is the first time you have used our services, we will require pre-payment before we get started. We do make it easy for you to pre-pay, so no worries. Please look to the top of this site and find the dark gray menu bar. Got it? Good, now See Payment. The checkout process is easy to use and we are easy to work with, put your trust in us.
Not your first time using our services? Have we gained your trust? If so, then you have probably gained ours as well. If this is the case, we do offer invoicing for Clients who have a proven track record of timely payments and a steady stream of service of process needs. If we do Invoice you but you fail to make a timely payment, we will access an administrative/late fee.
Payments
We prefer instant pre-payment, for sure!! Best way is with a credit card on this very site. With that being said, we understand that our Clients have have different preferences on how to pay. Checks are A-OK in our books as long as they clear your books, LOL. You can send those checks to the address below:

Address & Attempts
When you hire us to serve your papers, we will do our diligence to make sure the paper gets served. Not every address we receive for service is a valid address. Please make a note that we charge per serve per address. So, if we go to multiple addresses, there will be multiple charges. Not every person cooperates with our Servers and sometimes we get us an evader or two. To prove diligence, we will make four attempts at different times and different days of the week.
Sometimes we receive papers for service and then a Client cancels immediately. Then, they un-cancel, you know how it is. Anyway, if you hire us and then need to cancel, reach out. If we have not physically knocked on that door or entered that office building, you can probably cancel and get a refund or not be charged. BUT (notice the caps), if we have made at least one attempt, we can NOT refund your money. Please also note, if you have us print hundreds of pages on your behalf and then service is cancelled before an attempt is made, you may still be on the hook for a printing fee.
Not everyone likes being served. But, we love serving people!! It’s what we do!! Please give us an opportunity to be your service of process provider. That’s all we can ask for, a chance. If you give us that chance, we will take it and run. We will do all we can to make you happy as our Client. We look forward to working with you.
Our Process
A lot of people don’t know exactly what a process server does. People think it’s like that pineapple movie or some reality show. Sure, we get crazy stories but we really are just messengers. Let me break what we do down for you. Generally, most of our Clients are Attorneys. We love Attorneys!! Are you an Attorney? If so, contact us, we are on your side.
Anyway, a case is filed by an Attorney on behalf of a private party. That Attorney (or their Assistant) contacts us immediately. Getting the Defendants served is the next step after the case is filed. The Defendants need to be put on notice of the lawsuit. Defendants need to be served so jurisdiction can be obtained.
So, the law office sends us the paperwork to serve on their behalf. We do as much. Prior to serving, we log all of the facts and important info into our database (BTW, our software program is unbelievable). This allows us to update our Clients of our progress and generate an Affidavit for our Server to sign. Once the Affidavit of Service (AOS) is signed, we will email to our Client and mail the original, if need be.
And that’s it. That’s basically what we do. But we do it a lot and we do it real well. Only one way to find out if we know our stuff. Call or email and do it now. Or at least, do it the next time you need something served.
